Paperbell is the platform you’ll use to schedule our video coaching calls and keep records of your progress. 

You’ll receive access to two packages, one for our initial 2-hour VIP Kickoff Session, and one for the 11 x biweekly 30 minute sessions. I’ll send you an email to remind you to book your Kickoff session!

Download the VOxer app and create a FRee account

Voxer is the app you’ll use to ask me questions as text or audio (way easier than text for complicated stuff). It’s available as a desktop app, iPhone or iPad app, or for Android smartphones and tablet. 

TIP: It’s best to make sure it’s on your smartphone so you can reach me when you’re confused while shopping or symptoms flare up on the go.

REMINDER: I’ll respond same day ASAP M-F 10am-4pm PST. If you message me outside of those hours, I won’t respond until office hours are back on.
