Appointments are available in-person in Las Vegas, Nevada area only. Patients who are not local or visiting can do their consultation via phone or Zoom video call by request.
Providers
Dr. Ross is accepting new patients with fibromyalgia. As a neuroscientist with fibromyalgia, she is a leading expert on using cannabis, mushrooms, and other natural approaches for chronic pain and illness. Michele Ross, Ph.D. is an experienced health coach, researcher, author, and international speaker on cannabis for fibromyalgia. Learn more about her approach to coaching fibromyalgia patients.
Costs
We do not accept any insurance. We can provide a superbill if requested for potential reimbursement at out-of-network rates if your health insurance covers health coaching.
The Institute for Plant-Assisted Therapy accepts payment in cash for in-person visits, or by credit or debit card through PayPal and Square for telehealth sessions. We do not accept checks or cryptocurrency.
A new patient consultation with Dr. Ross is an extended, comprehensive, and holistic evaluation of your mental, physical, and emotional health. It will focus on symptom review, treatment history, cannabis experience, and natural treatment options for fibromyalgia including CBD, cannabis, and mushrooms. This appointment costs $300, and requires a $100 deposit when scheduling. The deposit is non-refundable and is applied to the appointment cost at the time of your visit.
Follow up visits with Dr. Ross cost $150 and do not require a deposit. Long-term coaching packages are available for patients who required extensive lifestyle changes or prefer a more hands-on approach.
Miscellaneous Fees
Home Visit Fee: A $200 fee applies to patients who prefer an in-person visit at their home. Home visits are limited to 50-mile radius from Las Vegas office.
Late Cancellation Fee: This $50 fee applies to follow up appointments canceled or missed with less than 24 hours notice.
Document Preparation Fee: Any legal or medical documents that need to be prepared for patients, with the amount determined by the scope of work.
Doctor Consultation Fee: There is no fee for discussions, when appropriate, with your primary MD, specialists, or other consultants.
